​This website is owned and operated by Beyond Retro Ltd. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers businesses & traders only to purchase goods of second-hand vintage clothing in bulk wholesale quantities. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Orders placed online may be cancelled at any time due to items being out of stock, unauthorised payment, suspected fraudulent activity or any other reason we see fit.

RETURNS

We pick thousands of items a week for our stores, website and wholesale, and as we are selling second hand clothing, you should expect to see signs of wear and from time to time and a few items will pass by our grading team with minor damage. We believe all of our stock to be Grade A but some Grade B items may slip through. 

Boxes may occasionally be slightly mixed by product type but we aim to fill each box as described on the website.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email customercare@beyondretro.com with an explanation of your issues, and attach photos. You must do this within 48 hours of receiving your box.

We do offer full returns on all of our stock, however all returns are credit notes only to be used for a future order from our site. When paying you are agreeing to this.

Returns are made at your cost and must be made within 7 days of the collection date. Until we receive the goods back, the goods are the buyers responsibility. We will check and weigh the goods upon their return and once this is done, a credit note will be issued to the full value.

Quantities mentioned are a rough estimate & not what you are guaranteed to receive.

Brands in the descriptions are an example of what you may find, you may also find more brands, you also may find none of the brands mentioned. But there will be brands!

We recommend that you launder your items as all items are picked and boxed unpackaged in industrial warehouse. We check every item for quality however and used so please expect some occasional factory dirt and signs of wear.
